Paula Allen
Paula Allen has written Role Model profiles of outstanding young women for SAN ANTONIO WOMAN since 2003. She also writes a local-history column that appears in the San Antonio Express-News; is editor of TMI Today, the magazine of TMI - The Episcopal School of Texas; and author of San Antonio Then and Now, a book of historical and contemporary photographs of local landmarks. She is the recipient of an Arts and Letters Award from the Friends of the San Antonio Public Library and an award of merit from the San Antonio Historical Association and has been a presenter at a Daughters of the Republic of Texas History Forum. Though not a native Texan, she got here as soon as she could and has lived in San Antonio since 1985.
