RUNWAY
TO CELEBRATE
THE AMERICAN HEART
ASSOCIATION’S GO RED CAMPAIGN
The hippest red fashions will hit the
runway with flair as Hotel Valencia
Riverwalk teams up with the American
Heart Association for a special Go Red for
Women Fashiontini event.
The event will take place at Hotel Valencia’s
super-sleek Vbar lounge on February 7th from
5:30-7:30 p.m. The show will feature rockin’
red fashions from area clothing boutiques, jewelry
by Carino’s Boutique and DJ music by AA
Productions. It’s all part of the American Heart
Association’s Go Red For Women movement, a
campaign to raise awareness for heart health.
Enjoy the fashion show, a signature Vbar martini
and register for great door prizes, all for
just $10. A percentage of the proceeds during
the evening, including $1 from every signature
Go Red martini, will be donated to the Go Red for Women movement.
Vbar’s Fashiontini takes place on the first
Thursday of every month. The lounge,
named as the “Best Place to be Seen” by
the Downtown Alliance of San Antonio’s
2005 Downtown’s Best Awards, is known
for its stylish, cosmopolitan decor and its
great view of both the River Walk and
Houston Street.
Vbar, located within Hotel Valencia
Riverwalk at 150 E. Houston Street, is
open daily from 4:30 p.m. – 12 a.m.,
Sunday – Thursday, and 4:30 p.m. – 2
